We currently ship physical products within the European Union, EFTA countries, and the United Kingdom.
The EFTA countries include Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland. The United Kingdom is treated as a separate international shipping area and is not part of the European Union or EFTA.
Digital products are available internationally unless otherwise stated, because they are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Our physical products are produced on demand and fulfilled through our Partnered print-on-demand network. This means that products are printed and prepared after an order is placed, rather than being held in stock in advance.
Whenever possible, orders may be produced close to the customer’s delivery location. This can help reduce unnecessary shipping distance, delivery time, and cross-border transport. However, the exact production location may depend on the product type, availability, destination country, and our Partners fulfilment network at the time of the order.
For most physical products, we use standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are calculated individually for each order and include both production and shipping time. The final delivery estimate may vary depending on the product, production location, destination country, selected shipping method, carrier availability, and general delivery conditions.

We accept orders from customers in the United Kingdom.
UK orders may be fulfilled in different ways depending on the product and available fulfilment route. Where possible, our Partners may produce and ship certain products through its UK production network. If a product is produced and shipped within the UK, this may reduce cross-border delivery delays and import-related handling.
However, some UK orders may still be produced outside the United Kingdom and shipped internationally. In these cases, customs procedures, import VAT, duties, postal handling fees, or courier charges may apply depending on the product, order value, shipping route, and UK regulations.
Free trade agreements may reduce or remove customs duties in certain cases where goods meet the applicable rules of origin. However, they do not remove all customs procedures, VAT obligations, import checks, delivery processing, or carrier handling charges.
Any customs duties, import taxes, postal handling fees, or similar charges that are not collected at checkout may be charged by the relevant customs authority, postal service, or courier before delivery. These charges are outside our direct control.

Stickers, badges, and similar reward items are fulfilled by us. These items are granted as completion rewards when a customer finishes all the trails included in a specific book, according to the conditions of the challenge or reward system.
Once the completion has been confirmed, the sticker or badge will be prepared and shipped directly by us using a standard postal service. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local postal services, and general mailing conditions.
These reward items are shipped separately from any books, maps, photo products, or other printed products fulfilled through our Partners. Stickers and badges can be shipped within the European Union, EFTA countries, and the United Kingdom.
For UK deliveries, customs procedures, postal handling, import VAT, duties, or local charges may apply depending on the shipment and applicable UK rules. -
Digital products, such as e-books, downloadable guide files, route files, GPX files, maps, or other digital content, are not shipped physically.
After purchase, downloadable files will be made available digitally through the download link, order confirmation page, customer account, or confirmation email, depending on the product setup.
Digital products do not have physical shipping fees and are not affected by postal delivery times, customs processing, or courier delays.
If your order contains both digital and physical products, the digital files will be delivered separately from the physical shipment. The physical items will follow the relevant shipping process based on the customer’s delivery country.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once the order has been produced, handed over to the carrier, and updated in the fulfilment or postal system.
Some standard shipping methods may offer limited tracking depending on the country, postal service, carrier, and product type.

For deliveries within the European Union, customs duties usually do not apply when goods are shipped within the EU.
For EFTA countries and the United Kingdom, customs procedures, import VAT, duties, local taxes, postal handling fees, or courier charges may apply depending on the destination country, product type, order value, fulfilment route, and applicable local rules.
Where applicable, these charges are determined by the customs authority, postal service, or courier in the destination country. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Although we aim to provide reliable delivery estimates, shipping times can occasionally be affected by production capacity, high-demand periods, customs processing, carrier delays, postal service delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please allow a few extra days for the carrier or postal service to complete delivery.
